Base Salary –  30-40k

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic
team at Vita Etica. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage sales operations, marketing
initiatives, and event execution. They will play a key role in coordinating with various
departments, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while actively
contributing to sales growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
 Drive sales through inline portals, events, and other channels.
 Handle customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and close sales effectively.
 Calculate and analyze sales figures and revenue generation.
Event Coordination
 Attend and manage sales at events and promotional activities.
 Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, packing, and transportation.
Marketing Coordination
 Collaborate with the printing team for marketing material production.
 Assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Vendor and Purchase Management
 Negotiate and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and
services.
 Manage purchase orders, inventory, and supplies for events and operations.
Team Coordination
 Work closely with printing coordinators, packing teams, and other departments to ensure
smooth operations.
 Maintain open communication channels between teams and management.
Administrative Tasks
 Maintain records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
 Prepare reports on sales performance, expenses, and revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or event coordination roles.
 Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools.
 Other Requirements:
o Must have their own vehicle for travel to events and client locations.
o Willingness to work on off-days, as required for events or urgent tasks.
